Service Description

Great for beginner/ intermediate lifters who want to develop fundamentals behind lifting, proper technique, and correct any muscle imbalances before increasing speed, force, and challenging your range of motion. All exercises will be regressed or progressed based on the lifting level enter in with our free intro fitness assessment before entering the main classes. Sign up for the wix space app to book all your classes. This will make your sign up and billing so much easier, so you don't have to go directly on the website every time. * All class credit amounts reset each month based on purchase date.
